We accept returns on non-frozen, non-perishable items within 30 days of purchase from our website. The items must be returned to us in their original packaging and in resalable condition. We will process the refunds within 30 days, but the return shipping costs are not covered.

Yes, as long as it stayed cold and wasn’t sitting out. If it’s thawed but still chilled, it’s safe to refreeze. Discard anything that’s been left at room temperature for too long.
