Good for Licki Mats and also you can cut in little square chunks. Put in the oven for 40 mins and then once cooled, freeze. Take out the freezer on the day you want to use and they are excellent treats to put in your pocket as they are hard on the outside (due to the cooking) and soft on the inside.
