NN Postcode Deliveries

Customers within an NN postcode can choose from two delivery options:

• Standard delivery – £6.50: Delivery within 1–3 working days.
• Guaranteed next-working-day delivery – £8.50: For customers who need their order sooner.

Available delivery options will be displayed when you enter your postcode at checkout.

MK Postcode Deliveries

Orders to MK postcodes are delivered every Thursday by our own delivery van.
Your available delivery option will be displayed when you enter your postcode at checkout.

Rugby Deliveries – CV21, CV22 and CV23

Orders to CV21, CV22 and CV23 postcodes are delivered every Wednesday by our own delivery van.
Your available delivery option will be displayed when you enter your postcode at checkout.

Nationwide Delivery – £8

For other eligible UK postcodes, we offer £8 nationwide delivery via Royal Mail, using a next-day service due to arrive before 1pm.
To receive next-day delivery, orders must be placed before midday on a weekday. Orders placed after midday will be processed for the next available dispatch day.
Please note that we do not make deliveries on Mondays. Next-day delivery only applies when the following day is one of our available delivery days.
We pack orders carefully and do everything reasonably possible to ensure the food reaches customers frozen. However, we cannot guarantee that every order will remain completely frozen during transit, particularly during the summer.
Food may arrive partially or fully defrosted but should still feel cold when received. Raw dog food that has remained cold during transit can be placed back into the freezer, although some products may experience changes in appearance or texture after thawing and refreezing.

Hot-Weather Deliveries

When temperatures are forecast to exceed 25°C, we will temporarily suspend our £8 nationwide delivery service. This is because the food is more likely to arrive defrosted and may not remain sufficiently cold during transit.
Orders will be dispatched again when temperatures have reduced to a suitable level. We will contact affected customers to discuss the available options.
