What happens during very hot weather?

When temperatures are forecast to exceed 25°C, we temporarily suspend our £8 nationwide delivery service.

This is because the food is more likely to arrive defrosted and may not remain sufficiently cold during transit.

We will contact affected customers to discuss the available options and dispatch orders again when temperatures have reduced to a suitable level.
