Can I refreeze food that has defrosted during delivery?

Raw dog food that has remained cold during transit can be placed back into the freezer.

Some products may change in appearance or texture after thawing and refreezing. This is particularly noticeable with chunks, fish and free-flow minces.

If the food arrives warm rather than cold, please contact us as soon as possible.
