Enrichment for dogs
Enrichment is essential to a dogs life, it can include:
Walks
Training
Mental stimulation
One way to incorporate enrichment into feeding is to use a slow feeder. For example a lick mat, a kong or a hoof.
Simply put your dogs meal into one of the above and if you want it to last even longer… freeze!
This not only provides your dog with mental stimulation but can help clean the teeth, licking produces saliva which aids in cleaning the tongue, teeth & gums.
